What are Cancellations and  Money Refund Policy?   

Cancellations & Money Refund Policy:

Cancellations (Live):

  • Cancellations will not be accepted if done under 40 Working Days to the Webinar date. Conference cancellations receive 35 Working Days to the webinar date are refundable with a cancellation fee of $50.
  • If you are not able to attend for any reason, please notify us earlier.

Substitute (Live)

  • Substitutions are allow to ignore $50 cancellation fee.
  • Substitute allow you to substituting a webinar for some other webinar scheduled at a another day or susbtitute attendee on behalf of registered attendee.

Cancellations will not be accepted in below cases:

  • Attendee would not be able to inform us 15 working days prior to the webinar date
  • Attendee didn’t receive the webinar instructions due to firewall protection and if there some mistake of attendee.

Money Refund Policy for Live, Pre-Recorded, On Demand Webinars:

  • Refunds not applicable  if in case we need to change the date of  Live webinar due to some reason. Customer/Attendee can view the OD session of same postpone webinar without any other charges.
  • Customer should inform to us if he/she not received any dial instruction from company side. Customer should raise ticket at “” 48hours prior to webinar date.


Other Cases:

  • If there is some issue generated like audio or video problem during session by company side, we will initiated refund process.
  • Refunds not applicable for  the case of event being rescheduled by the our speaker.
  • Refunds not applicable  after event (Live/On-demand).
  • Refunds not applicable if in case any customer ordered multiple times with same contact information for same/different event/product.
  • Refunds not applicable  if the customer order double by mistake and not inform  the company within 36 hours of the order. The customer will get  payment confirmation by the payment gateway and This is the customer responsibility to check the e-mail folders confirm the same. it is mandatory for the Customer for asking  the order receipt within 24 hours of its order in case didn’t receive.
  • Refunds not applicable for an OD DEMAND Webinar/ Pre – record session . we always recommend our customer to review all options.

Refunds not applicable  in the following cases:

  • if attendee not attend any event due some problem of attendee side.
  • if attendee leave in between event.

Money Refund Policy For  DVD:

Customer will get the new replaced DVD  with out charging any other fees in case of damaged DVD but the customer should submit proof (photo or video) with regards to the damage. Customer shall make sure that DVD should be returned in 10 working days.

What if Customer found error in the webinar content ?

We are an event organizing company responsible for training program scheduling . We are not expert in content. Presenters  are  responsible for any problem related to content of the program. Refunds not applicable  here for same  . We advise  customers to go through the training material and raise this issue  customer service before register for any event.

All webinar arranged by  are related to  customer requirements. compliance advisor have all the  right to postpone event  on any prodcut at short notice with no loss or liability.
